Tom Casswell Chartered SurveyorTom was born at Stamford,brought up on the family farm at Grantham and educated at Oakham.

Formerly an Area Director of a national surveying firm, he now enjoys working in a small business environment, and giving a personal service, tailored to clients’ needs.

Qualified in 1977 he has a wealth of experience in surveying residential property of all types, as well as acting as an expert witness in a variety of residential cases.

John Walker FRICS – Partner

John Walker Chartered SurveyorQualified in 1985 having worked in the property industry since 1969. John has lived and worked in Derbyshire and Leicestershire and over the borders into Staffordshire for the whole of that time and has a wealth of knowledge of both values and construction.

John is a residential surveyor helping people with their property needs and providing surveys and valuations for purchase, helping to provide legal teams in valuation disputes.

Daniel has added to the CWH Surveyors team across the Nottingham and Derby area. Daniel enjoys the interaction between surveyor and client, providing advice and assistance on a variety of property issues during the home buying process. Daniel also carries out bank valuations and asset assessment for which his local market knowledge is of great assistance.

Neil Clarke Chartered SurveyorIn 1987 Neil moved to the Peterborough area and has worked there ever since. He brings a wealth of experience to CWH Surveyors LLP both as a registered valuer and as member of the specialist building surveying division of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Neil has inspected and reported on a whole range of property types from small modern flats to large historic country houses. His experience in the refurbishment and repair of historic and Listed Buildings has given him a great insight into the changing methods of construction down the centuries and the issues that these can cause for the modern purchaser.

Charlotte Crosby MSc. Building Surveyor

Charlotte Chartered SurveyorCharlotte is the newest member of the CWH team, joining us from a background in residential estate agency. Qualifying as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor in 2015, Charlotte also has an MSc in Building Surveying, specialising in subjects such as Building Technology and Building Pathology. Charlotte has over 10 years experience working in the East Midlands and prides herself on providing a professional, yet friendly, service.
